INTERPIPE to hold International Wheelset Congress in Kyiv on September 23-26

On September 23 - 26 Kyiv will host the 17th International Wheelset Congress – one of the largest and most important events in the global railway machinery industry. The event will see attendance from 300 global participants, including manufacturers of wheels, rolling stock, and equipment, as well as experts and scientists. The Congress will be organized by INTERPIPE Company and the international association of railway machinery and equipment manufacturers – UNIFE.

INTERPIPE increased EBITDA by US$51 million in 2012

INTERPIPE has improved its financial results in 2012 as compared to 2011. The sales of pipe and wheel products grew by 12% and 24% respectively. At the same time revenue grew by 6% and EBITDA increased by US$51 million to US$305 million. This is demonstrated by FY 2012 consolidated financial statements approved by the Board of Directors of INTERPIPE LIMITED (INTERPIPE). The consolidated financial statements are audited by Ernst&Young.
