Interpipe announces new sales executives’ appointments in Interpipe Middle East and North American Interpipe

Interpipe has appointed Jorge Manuel Barroso as Vice President of Sales for Northern and Southern America and Rami Mahmoud as Vice President of Sales forMiddle East and Africa.
Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Barroso will be responsible for development and implementation of sales and marketing strategy for their regions, increasing of market share and maintaining relationships with key customers in the regions. Both top-managers have already entered upon their duties.
Interpipe CCO Fadi Hraibi comments: “Rami and Jorge have been working in pipe business for many years. Both of them have a great experience as directors of sales in global companies. Strengthening of the sales team by such experienced managers will open additional opportunities for the growth on strategic regions of MENA and NAFTA and help to achieve new stage of development”.
Mr. Mahmoud has a long-standing experience in sales management and metallurgical industry. Before joining Interpipe Rami Mahmoud held the position of Middle East Division Manager at Victaulic (largest producer of pipe connections systems). He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical engineering from the University of Jordan (Amman).
Before Interpipe Mr. Barroso used to work with Tenaris on a position of Director of sales in South-Eastern Asia. Jorge Barroso worked with Tenaris for 15 years. Mr. Barroso graduated from the Fundaciуn Universidad de las Americas, Puebla, A.C with bachelor degree in industrial construction as well as he got a degree of MBA in industrial sector.
