INTERPIPE NMPP presented a unique art object to the city of Novomoskovsk

INTERPIPE NMPP continues active implementation of social initiatives in the city of Novomoskovsk. On the occasion of the Metallurgist Day a unique art object has been opened at the mill’s territory – the eye-catching Tube Park installation.

The principal idea of such a bright art object at INTERPIPE NMPP consists in the opportunity to have a new look at familiar and quite customary things, since pipes for the oil-refining industry have been transformed as a piece of art in this installation. The art object consists of 53 elements with corporate colors – medium-diameter pipes, made at the major production shop, and triangular structures, designed out of shaped and round pipes from the pipe electric welding shop.

INTERPIPE NMPP mill employees have not only made the materials for this installation, but also carried out all construction works at the site.

“We do not create just a high-quality and highly demanded product – we create pieces of art. Metallurgy itself may be considered as an art at the moment – the art to be a professional and a leader in your industry. INTERPIPE NMPP always continues to demonstrate and prove that. And the secret of our success consists in our employees, who design and create true metallurgical masterpieces. Now all residents of our city can get added evidence of that after seeing our tube park”, – INTERPIPE NMPP Chairman of the Board Yuri Antipov has commented.

TUBE PARK is not just an art object – this is a new place of attraction in the city of Novomoskovsk. The unique installation may be attended by both Company’s employees and residents of the city – in the near future INTERPIPE NMPP mill intends to launch regular tours for all those who so desire.

INTERPIPE NMPP is the largest employer in the city of Novomoskovsk, since approximately 1500 employees work at the mill.

INTERPIPE NMPP is quite proactive in the social life of the city and always supports various projects, related to culture, education, sports, and environmental protection. The mill is also an active participant in the number of charity initiatives.
