Fadi Hraibi
Non-Executive Director
Fadi Hraibi has extensive experience in managing industrial companies. In 2016-2020 was at the head of Interpipe. Before his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of Interpipe, Mr. Hraibi held the position of Senior Vice President at Argo Investment and was the Managing Director of the shipbuilding company Nordic Yards.
Mr. Hraibi’s previous positions include Director for Product and Resource Management and Chief Commercial Officer at Interpipe and work for the Boston Consulting Group.
Fadi Hraibi has an engineering degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. In 2004, Mr. Hraibi received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from INSEAD Business School in France.

Mr. Kirichko has extensive industry management experience and in the Company in particular. Prior to his appointment to the Board of Directors, Mr. Kirichko held the position of CEO of INTERPIPE.

Anna Homenko
Non-Executive Director
Ms. Homenko has extensive managerial experience. Prior to joining the Company, Anna Homenko held the position of General Director of Fiduciana Trust Limited, as well as General Director of Leisure Life Property Management.
Ms. Homenko received her education at Kiev National University, and studied at University of Keele in Germany.

Yulia Chebotariova

Prior to being appointed to the Board of Directors, Ms. Chebotariova served as Executive Director and COO at EastOne Group, and served as Vice President for Corporate Property at Interpipe.
Ms. Chebotariova received education at Dnepropetrovsk National University, and studied at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Ukraine.
