Prior to joining Interpipe Mr. Najjar was the President of ATLAS TUBULAR, a position he assumed after 15+ years at Tenaris. He originally joined Tenaris in 2009 and has gone through a distinctive career path from Industrial Engineer Analyst to Technical Sales Manager to Senior Commercial Director within the USA and finally VP of Supply Chain, Global Services.
Previously, Mr. Najjar managed business definition, performed business strategy operational execution, conducted contract execution, and oversaw customer relationships across the USA. Mr. Najjar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and an MBA from Rice University – Jones Graduate School of Business.

Interpipe is global producer of steel pipes and railway products based in Ukraine. The company’s products are marketed in more than 50 countries all around the world via the network of sales offices located in key markets in Europe, North America and the Middle East. In 2024, Interpipe supplied 511 kt of pipes and 115 kt of railway products. Railway products are sold under the KLW brand.
The total number of Interpipe’s employees is about 9.5 thousand people. The number of our employees who serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other law enforcement agencies is at the level of 1070 people.
During 2024 the Company transferred a record amount of paid taxes and fees - UAH 5.5bln - to the budgets of all levels and extra-budgetary funds.
