Interpipe Holdings PLC’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Nikolaos Theodoulou as a new non-executive director, effective 11th of August 2025.

Meanwhile, Ganna Khomenko stepped down from the Board of Directors.

The Company expresses deep gratitude to Ganna Khomenko for her nearly two decades of dedicated service to Interpipe’s Board.

We are also pleased to welcome Nicos Theodoulou to the Board. He joined us after working more than 30 years as a professional services partner in management consulting and audit, focusing on multinational businesses and the Ukrainian market in particular. Gained over career his practical experience in the management of substantial audit and advisory portfolios for publicly listed companies and major private organizations, leading numerous cross-border audits, and providing due diligence and assurance on capital market transactions will strengthen the Board’s competencies in implementing the strategic development of the Company.

Brief biography:

Prior to joining Interpipe Mr. Nicos Theodoulou held key leadership and governance roles within PricewaterhouseCoopers, including Chairman of the Oversight Board, Capital Markets Group Leader, and Nicosia Assurance Department Leader.

Nicos holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge. He is also Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

About the company:

Interpipe is global producer of steel pipes and railway products based in Ukraine. The company’s products are marketed in more than 50 countries all around the world via the network of sales offices located in key markets of Europe, North America and the Middle East. In 2024, Interpipe supplied 511 kt of pipes and 115 kt of railway products. Railway products are sold under the KLW brand.

The total number of Interpipe’s employees is about 9.5 thousand people. The number of our employees who serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other law enforcement agencies is at the level of 1070 people.

During 2024 the Company transferred a record amount of paid taxes and fees - UAH 5.5bln - to the budgets of all levels and extra-budgetary funds.
