Vitalii brings over 15 years of experience in the local Ukrainian tubular products industry, having held senior management and leadership roles, particularly in UKRTRUBOIZOL, with responsibility for sales, finance, and business development. Vitalii has a strong background in strategy development, managing contract execution, processes optimization and overseeing customer relationships in Ukraine.
In his new role Mr. Chekmez will focus on supporting the Ukrainian market and representing Interpipe’s core values and principles.

The company’s products are marketed in more than 50 countries all around the world via the network of sales offices located in key markets in Europe, North America and the Middle East. In 2024, Interpipe supplied 511 kt of pipes and 115 kt of railway products. Railway products are sold under the KLW brand.
