Despite ongoing war and the difficult economic situation in Ukraine Interpipe raises employees’ salaries for the third time in a row since the full-scale invasion of Russian troops started.
Blue-collar workers’, engineers’, specialists’ and other MSE employees’ salaries will be increased as well as some heads of departments’ ones. The increase will be differentiated: wages will increase depending on the demand for the profession in the labor market.
Andriy Korotkov, Interpipe’s CEO:
Today, the Company provides jobs for more than 9 thousand people. We understand well how difficult it is to work today, and we value everyone's contribution. Interpipe systematically increases the level of employees' income: last year alone salaries increased by 20% compared to the previous year. Further wage increases will not only improve the market attractiveness of working at Interpipe, but also the well-being of employees, and will increase tax payments to the budgets of all levels and extra-budgetary funds.
At the same time, the Company continues to provide large social package, which includes free delivery to work, food subsidies, medical insurance, assistance in restoring housing after shelling, holiday gifts, summer vacation for children, and stationery sets for first graders, etc.
