Transfers to the state budget amounted to approximately UAH 863mln as well as UAH 184mln was paid to the local budgets. Moreover, UAH 184mln were transferred as Single Social Payment (SSP).

- The Company continues to increase tax payments to the budgets of public authorities. In Q1 2025, SSP payments ramped up due to the increase in March of the employees’ salaries at all Interpipe’s assets located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, the front-line region, as well as in Nikopol which is regularly being shelled by enemy artillery and drones.
However, our operational and financial condition is stable, the share of exports in total sales exceeds 80%, and the Company is completing the preparation of a large-scale investment program in the HVA production capacities.

Interpipe is global producer of steel pipes and railway products based in Ukraine. The company’s products are marketed in more than 50 countries all around the world via the network of sales offices located in key markets of Europe, North America and the Middle East. In 2024, Interpipe supplied 511 kt of pipes and 115 kt of railway products. Railway products are sold under the KLW brand.
The total number of Interpipe’s employees is about 9.5 thousand people. The number of our employees who serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other law enforcement agencies is at the level of 950 people.
During 2024 the Company transferred a record amount of paid taxes and fees - UAH 5.5bln - to the budgets of all levels and extra-budgetary funds.
