The company delivered 13 3/8” casing for the intermediate string in high-yield L80 steel grade for geothermal exploration and appraisal well.
The pipes were engineered to withstand significant downhole stresses while maintaining optimized wall thickness for collapse safety. Corrosion-resistant alloys were applied to ensure durability in high-salinity environments prone to chloride corrosion.
The scope included drilling a vertical well to a depth of 2,400 meters (+/-10%), enabling the extraction of water with a minimum temperature of 70°C and an expected yield of 250 m³/h. Final depths were reached at 2165 meters.
