The salary increase will affect all employees of the Pipe division, Steel division and Railway Product division, as well as managing company staff. A differentiated approach is going to be applied depending on the division and employee category.
Earlier in 2021 Interpipe has already increased the production staff salary on all industrial assets.

Since the beginning of COVID-19 quarantine, we have introduced unprecedented security measures, including free PCR testing and free corporate transport. Even during numerous lockdowns our operations maintained, employees and their families had a stable income. Interpipe regularly reviews production staff salaries. In October we are launching second promotion for this year to support our employees and ensure their financial stability. So, considering this increase the average salary will grow by more than 20% by the end of 2021.
