Interpipe NTRP is the Ukraine's largest railway product manufacturer and one of the world's TOP 3 railway wheel exporters in the company's structure. The plant focuses on the manufacture of wheels, tyres, axles and wheelsets for railway transport. The enterprise has 2 workshops. The wheel-rolling shop is equipped with a wheel-rolling and ring-tyring line, as well as a wheel heat treatment shed and a finishing shed, which house modern machines by Knuth, Hegenscheidt and Sermu Intermatо for full-profile treatment. The axle and wheelset production workshop is equipped with modern lathes and milling machines enabling axle finishing, as well as a press for mounting of wheelsets and a painting line for mounted wheelsets. 

 

The plant features equipment to perform various types of control and testing in line with international standards, and its own testing laboratory. 

A steel billet for train wheels are produced at the Interpipe Steel's state-of-the-art electric steel-melting complex.

The product range of Interpipe NTRP includes the following:


  • Solid-rolled railway wheels for locomotives, passenger and freight railway transport, as well as subway cars with a diameter ranging 700 to 1,269 mm;
  • Tyres with a diameter of 570 to 1,300 mm;
  • Axles for railway wheelsets;
  • Wheelsets.

The products are certified in accordance with international and national standards of ISO, ISO/TS, AAR, UIC-Merkblatt, EN, GOST, DSTU and specifications by customers.
